Have you ever been doing something with your horse and wondering why it wasn’t working. Your horse was not doing what you were asking for and the more you asked, the worse it got…
Would you like to have more fun solving problems with your horse?
What we have discovered is that there is a correlation between a skill set based on the classical dressage training scale for the horse and a skill set based on core fitness for the rider. It is not discipline specific and does not matter if you ride Western or English, for show or pleasure, because it is focused on teamwork and movement. It is a way to use principles of natural horsemanship, massage, classical dressage and movement to help you be a better rider and create a better team. Mechanical devices such as draw reins, martingales, tie downs, severe bits, etc. become unnecessary. In fact, they will get in your way and limit progress. These devices only create a habit of controlling the horse mostly with your hands instead of using your body first and then supporting with your hands when necessary.
